Recently remembered because of circumstances that everyone's hearing is going to absolute shit, how do i reverse this? I've felt like sometimes i just can't hear as well as i used to. Also because i just recently learned of vision improvement.
So, fit, how do you improve your hearing? How do you avoid hearing injuries? How do you heal from the damage(if any) that headphones have done to us? Redpill me on this. Dont care if "pseudoscience".
But would also like some resources that aren't muh "dont listen to music never" or "buy this headphones" or gpt phrasing.
Natty as frick. Want to start taking fitness seriously.
Problem my arms are big and my shoulders can't support them so I'm always hunching.
Goal: stamina and durability as in I want to work hard and not feel as much pain.
I'm a grocery stocking beaner
you unironically can't recover hearing loss
>t. audiologist
If you have good enough headphones, there might be audiotest online that you can do to map your hearing.
As said though, once your inner hair cells inside your ear are fricked there's nothing currently that can get them back. Generally, you accommodate for worse hearing through vision e.g. lip reading.
Nah its just very slight. Im still a full time musician and i still take care of mine. Its just that im getting kinda... old. Maybe.
For now, as other anons said, im kinda fricked. So ill get to praying lmao.
Pardon?
>vision improvement
Im gotta hate asking this but wtf is vision improvement?
endmyopia.org. Got -0.50 on my right and left eye. Very gigabased to shit on oculists.
don't bother with that site, just read this https://www.losetheglasses.org/cliffgnu-vision.pdf
Thanks, i was just lazy.
dumb question, when I'm focusing on stuff far away, should I squint or not? Is squinting so it's clear part of the process?
WHAT?
>You will not snipe a raghead while she sucks you off
You cannot recover hearing loss. Start carrying earpro around ASAP and wear it whenever you even think you might be in danger. I'm sorry, anon, the redpill is that you are already fricked.
I work with earplugs in all day and it's fricking beautiful. Especially when I'm eating my lunch and people try to talk to you because when you're eating with earplugs in all you can heard is the sweet sound of mastication. I don't even try to lip read because I genuinely don't care about anything anyone has to say. I'll smile and nod for 10 minutes and then when I get that "holy shit are you even fricking listening to me rn" look, I'll say really loud "sorry, I got ear plugs in and they'll get dirty if I take them out". If I go deaf someday I won't even be upset about it.

I have some stolen valor peltor coomtacs that give me super hearing
>How do you avoid hearing injuries
Don't be exposed to loud noises for long times. Wear protections.
>how do you improve your hearing
Wear protections in normal environment and practice hearing. It's more about being present to sounds than an effort to make. Also, music critical listening: try to decipher what's going on in music you like (what are drums, bass, guitar, synths doing, are there ambient noise, how's the reverb like, etc).
Hearing loss makes it harder to follow conversations in noisy environments.
t. has tinnitus, don't hear much above 10kHz and still have better environmental aural cues than my peers (knocking at the doors, animals in the wild, etc)
>t. has tinnitus, don't hear much above 10kHz and still have better environmental aural cues than my peers (knocking at the doors, animals in the wild, etc)
Lmao, are you me? I got tinnitus (but not the BEEEP sound, a different one) but can still hear high tones from security equipment, notice EVERYTHING around me (ADHD trait) and people are oblivious as frick to the point it frustrates me.
>Don't care if pseudoscience
Taurine I think it was
