These 3 Brands Of Mineral Water Help Prevent Dementia And Remove Aluminum From The Brain

Dr. Chris Exley who spent more than 20 years of his life examining the toxicity of aluminum claims that we are living in the “Age of Aluminum”. Nowadays, this metal is so much present in our everyday life that causes aluminum poisoning in people which results in some critical issues ranging from brain degeneration to skeletal deformities.

Which is the reason for this?

Well the main reason, as we said before, is the over-presence of aluminum in our everyday life. Aluminum can be found in cookware, drinks containers, foil, cigarette smoke, and even in cosmetics and antiperspirants. Can you imagine? And do not forget the fact that most of the food included in our daily diet naturally contains aluminum, and not to mention its presence in the processed foods. According to the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, it is estimated that an average American only through the food consumes about 7-9 milligrams of aluminum only on a daily basis.

The truth is that the high presence of this metal can be really damaging for our health. And it seems that we are not aware of that. Aluminum nanoparticles find their way through inhalation, through absorption or indigestion through the skin then the blood carries them around the body. The worst part is that in some cases these particles come to reside in the brain!

Aluminum in the Brain

Compared to other areas of the body, the brain is an area which has a slower turnaround of natural cell death and replacement. This is the reason why when aluminum comes to the brain it can build to toxic levels. This could also happen in bones and heart areas which are also slow cell turnaround areas.

Exley explains that there needs to be a clear correlation between the increase in the mining of aluminum, bringing it into our everyday lives, and increase in neurological diseases.

So what is the solution?

Exley in a conference in 2011, finally revealed how he had helped aluminum toxic children who were suffering from autism spectrum disorders. He was able to improve the neurological damage by reducing the toxic aluminum levels. Can you believe it that Exley succeeded in this with the use of the second most abundant mineral on Earth – silica!

In order to be properly absorbed by the human body, the silica should be oxygenated. When is oxygenated, it creates silicic acid which helps the silica to be absorbed through the gut and into the blood and to be delivered where it is needed most. For instance, if there is a large amount of aluminum in the brain, the silica will bind to the molecules of aluminum then they will safely be removed from the brain through urine. And when doing this, it does not cause any side effect on the urinary excretion of copper and iron, both which are essential for us.

And now the question is how to find this important element in its most bioavailable form?

In mineral water!

Exley conducted a study in 2013, which included 15 Alzheimer’s patients who needed to drink a mineral water rich in silicic acid. The course lasted 12 weeks, and each day the patients drank 1 liter. The results were simply amazing! Exley discovers that the patients had lowered aluminum levels by anywhere from 50-70%. Moreover, 3 of the patients showed substantial cognitive improvements while 8 of them no longer deteriorated.

Which Brands are Best?

Exley in his study used Malaysian mineral water brand Spritzer. Fiji and Volvic are brands in the U.S which are known to have high levels of silicic acid thus having the ability to penetrate the blood barrier and if there is any aluminum present to remove it. The most effective available brand in the U.S. is Fiji due to the fact that it has the highest levels of the mineral.

But, make sure to avoid the flavored and sweetened versions of either of these waters.

You can remove aluminum from the brain on an effective and safe way by drinking a substantial enough amount of a silica-rich mineral water.
