3 Scientific Reasons Why You Should Never Put Heinz Ketchup On Your Food Again

Ketchup is a spicy sauce based on tomatoes and vinegar which is used in almost every country in the world. People use it in pizza, fries, scrambled eggs, pasta, chicken, sandwiches and many other foods. Obviously, there are dozens of different ketchup brands out there, but Heinz is one of the most popular ketchups of all time.

The general public is becoming more aware that processed food is toxic and full of chemicals. We’re understanding that organic is a better option and it’s better to make something at home with fresh, organic ingredients than to buy it from the store. There are certain store bought little things though that we may not think much about making ourselves because they seem simple. We are talking about condiments like mustard, sauces, dressings and ketchup.   • Tomato concentrate obtained from red ripe tomatoes

The truth is these ingredients are not natural but processed, even the tomato concentrate from red ripe tomatoes is just a fancy terminology for processed tomatoes. These ingredients have lost their nutritional value and in effect do not add any nourishment to your body.

Heinz also makes use of corn syrup and salt which is the lowest grade available to save cost, however this salt increases the toxins in your body and generally make you unwell.

3 scientific reasons to ditch Heinz ketchup

  • High fructose corn syrup

The main ingredient in the sauce is very toxic – it’s derived from GMO corn and can spike up your sugar levels and damage your liver! High fructose corn syrup can also cause obesity, diabetes, weaken your immune system and wreak havoc in your body.

An FDA researcher was recently refused a barrel sample of corn syrup from the producers so she contacted another company and got it. After thorough tests, she discovered that this syrup contains high levels of mercury, a toxic metal which damages the brain, nervous system and causes autism in children!

  • Distilled vinegar and sugar

This type of vinegar is not good and is derived from GMO corn like the high fructose corn syrup. Both distilled vinegar and sugar are detrimental to your health.

  • No Nutritional Value

Heinz has NO fiber and NO protein and NO nutrition in their ketchup. The miniscule amount of ‘tomato paste’ may contain a very very small amount of cooked lycopene that won’t even be available by your body to absorb. This ketchup is a chemical shit storm of genetically modified ingredients, sugar and toxic sugar like substances. It’s void of any nutrition yet full of GMO’s, sugar, and chemicals and even possibly mercury, a heavy metal that is extremely toxic to the body.

So, if you want to stay healthy for the foreseeable future, please avoid this dangerous sauce and make your own ketchup at home – there are hundreds of easy recipes available online.
