Needed ingredients:

  • Two tbs. of cayenne pepper (powder);
  • One cup of ACV or Half a cup of warm olive oil;
  • Half an inch of ginger (grated);


Add the cayenne pepper and ginger to the ACV or the olive oil. Stir it to get fine paste.
Apply it on the affected areas twice a day and let it stay for twenty minutes.
