Mouthwash Removes Plaque From Teeth in 1 Minute

Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp of salt;
  • ½ cup of hydrogen peroxide;
  • 1 tbsp. of baking soda;
  • 1 cup of cold water;
  • ½ cup of warm water.

How to prepare it: mix the salt and baking soda together and take one toothbrush, and wet it in warm water, spreading the mixture above it. Rub it on your teeth and spit it out. Repeat the same procedure for 2 minutes. Then, make a mixture of warm water and hydrogen peroxide, rinsing your mouth for 1 more minutes. Spit it out. Remove the tartar between your teeth using a toothpick and rinse it with cold water. Repeat the procedure 2 times a week.

CAUTION: do not swallow the mouthwash because some ingredients can be harmful.

Brush your teeth at least 3 times a day for a proper oral hygiene. Use a high quality paste. Keep in mind that spicy food stimulates the salivary glands, and saliva assists to sanitize the mouth in a natural way.
