How to Make?

– Mix the flour and a small amount of honey. This will give you a mix for your wrap. Make sure that you don’t hold it with your hands.
– Then add little olive oil
– Add some flour and re-roll the mixture
– Now put this mixture on a napkin and then wrap in gauze

Now use the adhesive tape to attach this to the chest or back. Then put on your pajamas.
If you are using the wraps with your child, you should keep this kerchief for 2 to 3 hours before he/she goes to bed.
