Eat 18x your body weight until you can’t see your abs anymore then 14x your body weight until you can. Repeat infinitely and always eat .8 g of protein for every pound of bodyfat everyday
How old are you? If you're sub-20 there's plenty of time to get those numbers up, and even if you're older than that you're doing better than most. Don't forget, all the "1/2/3/4 is nothing special" posters are shitposting or chud demoralizers.
I’m not too worried, I have a lot of muscle left to build before I reach my peak. My deadlift is probably bad because I don’t hit deadlifts anymore. Watching some short fat kid who can barely squat 2 plates pick up my max deadlift like it was nothing made me realize how bullshit deadlifting is.
I have really explosive muscles that make lifts like squat a lot easier even though my long femur should mean I have a below average squat. It also means I have a below average deadlift because explosive muscle activation doesn’t help in deadlifting where it could result in injury.
Bench press works more than just chest and it builds important secondary muscle groups that allow you to do compound motions. Having a powerful chest with weak triceps is just as useless as having a weak chest. My main gripe is with my shitty chest insertions that go underneath my top set of abs. Having such a low chest insertion stretches my chest out and gives me the illusion of having a small chest (which I do, but it exasperates the problem)
My chest doesn’t have much volume because of my underdeveloped upper chest, but you can see in the picture my chest insertions go below my top set of abs.
i aspire to get that physique, how did you do it?
Like I said, a year and a half of lifting
ok, got that. i know lifting weights increases strength but i'm stuck on the diet plan part. surely there's more to it than protein shakes.
eat more to get bigger and then eat less to get rid of the fat and then repeat this a bunch of times

Thanks, this helped. i might try fasting to get rid of stomach fat though.
Don’t do that
You look good, dude. Eat more if you want to get bigger.
I look kind of like this on a good day.
Squat, bench, OHP, deadlift. PRs. Post'em.
Not very much. Deadlift is 275, squat is 295, bench is ~175, ohp is ~120. The thing about being cut is you’re not very strong.

How the fuck are you deadlifting less than you're squatting?

then do chest isolation exercises you mong. bench press isnt enough

you're retarded and your chest has 0 mass. your logic is flawed.

>never touched a bench press
it shows
I hit bench press and incline bench twice a week to failure.
