      I'm 6'3'' and I weigh just over 200 lbs. This gives me a BMI of 25 at around 15 % bf. Unless you're very tall like me, gymcel all day or take roids, weighing 200 lbs means you're overweight, fatty.

    I am 170lbs. I can only do one pull up as well with 60lbs added weight for a total of 230lbs which is the average American weight.

    that's pretty bad. 70% of people are fat so even if no fat people could do any pullups that still means half the people at normal weight still can't do 1 pull up.
    I should get a weight vest and train them. I'm up to 7 now but I'm also nearly underweight. 6'2" 150lb. Yeah i know I'd get stronger faster if I ate more but I used to be fat and I have body dysmorphia.

    I couldn't do a pull up until I started lifting. I'm 200lb but I do 4 sets of 15. I want to do weighted pull ups but I don't have a belt.
