10 months natural transformation

Never stepped in a gym before! Fat his entire life (so no muscle memory). No routine! No trainer! Just random shit in the gym for 10 months and 2000 calories a day, that's all it took!

Guesses what gear he used? I'm thinking tren.

btw this got 50k upvotes on that disgusting site with votes. Why do I say this? Because if you want to build easy karma there such that you can bully other accounts, post any random before and after juice pics with some caption like "it was a tough 3 months but I did it!! just eat CLEAN bro!" and free karma will come flowing like the three gorges dam got nuked. I made a few posts from shell accounts calling him out, and they got instabanned by mods haha.

He looks a lot better but i hate how having visible abs alone is seen as a sign of crazy fitness

Umm, abs are made in the kitchen.

I think girls unironically think that south korean boyband singers are more "fit" than your average western gym rat. it's depressing

You reckon he has his pants pulled up to his belly button to hide his skin apron?

I respect the transformation, I don't respect that he's hiding his belly flap of excess skin in his pants, that's still the fatso mindset

I'm overweight but not THAT overweight like left
      I'm scared about belly flap
my belly doesn't hang, it's like a firm belly

wouldnt worry about flap if you're thinner than the left photo and dont lose the weight very suddenly (no 14 day water fast followed by 500 calories per day or something). if you restrict calories and recomp through cardio and weight lifting, you'll end up decently built after a year and a half without outside assistance, and shouldn't have any loose fat

exfat here who had a ton of excess skin (surgically removed last year)

definitely hiding it. The belly button doesn't lie, it's got that triangle shape.
          [...]
It's different for everyone. I lost about 90 pounds and had pretty bad excess skin around my midsection. I've seen people who have lost over 100 with almost no excess skin. Genetics are a b***h.

losing weight fast really affects excess skin?
what exactly happens when you lose it slower?

Dont know the science behind it, but your skin has some amount of elasticity. if you lose diameter at a not-very-extreme rate, the skin just tightens around your shrinking frame. if you lose weight quickly, however, the skin somehow separates from the fat underneath as the fat cells shrink, which causes the skin to become loose. so just dont go overboard on how quickly you are losing diameter, and build muscle while you are losing fat, to keep yourself sufficiently "puffed out" while you are recomping

I've heard that but I don't really think it's as impactful as people say. When your skin loses elasticity, it's mostly a permanent process. The speed in which you lose weight won't impact it, you're comparing losing weight over 6 months to 12, it's going to be incredibly slow regardless of how you do it.

It's definitely genetic. My roomate and I lost a bunch of weight together I had a flabby stomach+thighs after losing 100lbs and he was perfectly fine while starting heavier than me and being weaker. Kind of bullshit, but whatever lol.

See that's what I'm wondering. I'm impressed with the transformation, just miffed that he's not being forward about something or a few things. If he said it took him 1.5 years of focused effort with specific meal plans and gym training or something, then that slower weight loss, less skin, time to build muscle, would be believable. Either that or a shorter time scale, hiding teh skin under the pants, and having help from juice. Which is FINE, but what isn't fine to me is him obviously lying about it.

I guess whatever, just means there are 50k morons who will spend money at local gyms, go for a few weeks, see zero "fast" results, then keep paying monthly subscriptions to the gym effectively subsidizing the memberships of people like us who actually do go regularly.

I respect the transformation, I don't respect that he's hiding his belly flap of excess skin in his pants, that's still the fatso mindset

But could he really have lost all that fat in 10 months with no prior musculature (he said he's been fat like that his whole life, so not like an athlete who ended up omega dirty bulking during the pandemic), and NOT have excess skin without roids or some help?

is there any way to get rid of stretch marks? I'm thin and have almost visible abs, but I've had stretch marks all over my lower abdomen ever since I went through a growth spurt when i was 13. never was overweight, used to rub vitamin E on them as a teen but it did frickall.

Silicone tape. It's so effective it's used to fade surgery scars. Stretch marks are just scars and can be fixed with them

I'm for sure going to have loose skin if I get to 12% bodyfat. Have stretch marks on my stomach the go above my belly button. How much was your surgery? I'm hoping it won't cost more than $5,000

Depends on the area. I'm in Seattle and everything's more expensive here, was about $11k for me.

It's literally the exact opposite dude. Not caring about your appearance and just flaunting your ugliness it the fatass mindset. Taking pride in your appearance and trying to make yourself look good is a sign of self-respect.

Not him but I disagree. I even think that everyone should have mandatory nudity at some points during their lives. Hiding your body led people to stop giving a shit until it's too late. If you had to display it every day you you'd take a lot more care of it.

Why do you think God got mad at Adam and Eve for clothing themselves? Because clothing is a israeli trick designed to create a fake cover and weaken everyone who parttakes (including if it's law to parttake).

Since I got a whopping 3 (you's) on my post, I'd hazard to say that this is an active thread. I'm currently down with a cold at the moment. Could be the coof, but I probably won't get tested.
How do I shave down the duration? at the moment, what's on the list is currently
    >Vicks first defence nasal spray 4x a day
    >zinc tablets every few hours
    >lemon and honey for every beverage
    >Vicks rub on the chest
    >steak
    >iodine gargle
What else should I do that requires 0 effort? I want to go back to the gym to mog c**ts fatter than I and have them congratulate me for mogging them

      Drink lots of water
      avoid alcohol and weed
      saline based sinus rinse
do light cardio to increase circulation and aid in recovery

pretty much what I did when I had delta coof last october

why would you think this lmao? this guy doesn't have any signifigant amount of muscle, he didn't even take his shirt off

maybe because that transformation is completely unrealistic in 10 months, especially when OP said that the guy had not worked out before, didn't have a strict diet plan, and basically derped around in the gym with no set plan. you really think that being so casual within 10 months would lead to this? everyone would look like pic on the right minimum if it were that simple
