    His body progress is fucking atrocious but he massively improved his face, haircut and beard which is arguably far more important.

      Anon his "face gains" were attainable with a month of growing out the beard and stache and maintaining it. His hairline has moved up 2 inches but yes looks better grown out too.
      Dude has really unfortunate body type but hes still fat (stomach flab is literally still there) and his shoulders are fucking tiny.

    yes he's made good progress no doubt but let's not beat around the bush, the man hit the genetic bottom, hereditary gyno, skinnyfat, muffin top, he's also flexing and tensing up on the second pic and unfortunately that's his absolute peak. You cannot work hard into good genetics. There are tiktokers who look 10 times better after 6 months of gym.

    This guy probably has absolutely 0 clue what he is doing. Even with bottom of the barrel trash genetics you can make good gains in the span of 5 years. He probably lifts the same weight every week on every exercise. And it doesnt look like he works core at all.

    If you actually properly progress yourself on lifts you will eventually build muscle and get stronger, this guy is just a retard. You would think after half that time he would wonder why he isn't getting bigger and do some research. But some ppl are hopeless

    You have to be really young like in your teens or around 18 years old or be asocial to not know that most people get shit results at the gym.
    This is also why most people stop going tot the gym,some after a few month,others after a year or 2.
    Remember,be lean,when you are lean every pound of muscle counts.

    He honestly doesn't look that bad, there is definetely a foundation there. Lots of muscle mass under that fat. If he lost weight he would look great.
    Could he have made more progress in 10 years? Obviously, but at least he _made_ progress.
