You are a moron or a troll. There are very few ways to cook meat in a modern home or apartment that don’t require oil. And before you say butter, the temps you should be cooking meat at in a pan will burn your butter long before you finish cooking your meat, producing carcinogens that are twice as dangerous for your health as any seed oil.
I do not believe you grill, steam, or smoke every meal you make. You are either stupid or lying.

              >cooking meat
m8, if you're cooking meat [properly], there's absolutely no reason why you would use seed oils
              >Searing dat meat
Properly heat your cast iron / stainless pan, throw in your meat (that, unless you're cooking rabbit, is already full of easily rendered, pan-lubricating fatty goodness), and you're good2go
              >literally anything besides frying - soups, roasts, etc.
Absolutely no need to add fat beyond what is in your meat.
The only reason you'd need to add oil for "cooking meat in a modern home or apartment" is if you're tyring to cook your vegetables first, in which case just use bacon grease
              >you do collect your bacon grease, don't you anon?

All this is, of course, assuming you're not trying to fricking deep fry your shit . Cause if you are, I'll personally come punch you in your fricking ribs
              >now i'm hungry for ribs

Any low fat meats put into a sufficiently hot stainless steel pan will stick and burn. Pretty much the only thing you can use cast iron for is steaks and bacon, anything acidic will ruin your seasoning and I would not recommend trying deglaze for the same reason. I suppose if you are only eating steak for every meal then sure you can get away no oil, but most other applications, including anything more complex than a simple protein and sautéed vegetables will warrant use of cooking oil.

Moron. You can cook every meat by itself with nothing else. I make steak, salmon, pork, etc on a cast iron skillet with no oils or butter. Ground beef is even easier, its own fat helps it cook. Idk what kind of dumb Black person thinks he has to oil up all his meat. No shit you are a fat disgusting greasy frick.

              >"Nooooo it sticks!!!!!"
              Use a spatula.

I don't add butter or oil to eggs either.

Please anon tell me you’re not using a metal spatula on that cast iron pan. I’m sure eating rotten burnt seasoning is a lot worse for your health than a tablespoon of olive oil.
