      Anyway, my older sister is much better than me at every sport(motor skills wise) and just naturally more athletic, also stocky and insanely strong(90 kgs with legs like roberto carlos) meanwhile im tall and slender, hav3 very little bodyhair, borderline gyno, am skinyfat, small penis, bottom of the acceptable limit T(lab tested) wide hips and fat only accumulates in hips ass and thighs.... i was supposed to be the girl i assume.
      If i hadnt worked out like an animal a couple years ago i would probably look like a femboi.

        I do split training: fast twitch slow twitch
        You probably also don't produce much dht either
        You really should do hypertrophy especially of the large muscle bellies
        The more muscle you have the more adipose reduction you'll have
        Fat produces estrogens, so it's not good to have an excess of fat

          I dont thing you understand.
          For the last 6 months i went from 125 kilos to 102.
          I havent missed a day of training, were talking hard, delt crunching boxing with resistance bands, weights, sparring, core work, 5 3.5 minute rounds withhalf a minute rest every single day and did a strenuous sport activity every single week, i ate clean and little, supplemented enough protein, and this is the result.
          You cant outlift genetics.

      Its victoria(i guess thats how u say it in emglish) you play on one goal, 4v4 or 3v3, not so much running but a lot of technical play, pivoting, fast twitches etc.
