Left is 184 lbs, right is 130 lbs
54 pounds of thick solid freaky mass…kek
I only look decent if I wear a medium black t shirt. My lifts as of today are 140/245/350/405

You look much better on the left than on the right.

I don't believe you. You don't look like you even lift, especially in the pic on the right

You’re either a dyel or on roids, those numbers are not surprising in any way with that body for a natural lifter.

Left doesn't look skelly. It looks like a pretty decent amount of muscle with a bit of fat.

You look average as hell tbh. How tall and old are you OP? I’m 5’8, 25yrs old and this is how I look at 200. Currently looking to cut down to 180 and get my abs showing

I refuse to believe you're 184 on the left, unless you're like 6'3+

Same which is why I asked his height. Looks DYEL as frick for 184 if he’s not tall

I’m 6’ maybe 6’1. Heres a pic of my back, I think top right is my favorite physique pic of all time. Bottom right is my ideal woman if you catch my meaning

You got some decent size OP, that Pic on the left is either from when you were skinny or you've got no idea how to pose. Mirin top right, bulk to 215/220 and cut to 190/200 and people you don't know will probably accuse you of steroids

Ok that makes way more sense. Pretty good physique at your height then. The bar is a lot higher for us manlets since it’s easier for us

When I gained 35lbs of muscle, most of it just showed in my shoulders/arms. The rest was mostly muscle density since I did a lot of deadlifts

I went from 78 kilo to 66, pretty fast. But these last 3 kilos are fricking me, I went on crash diet to lose 1 kilo a week, the last 3 weeks I've seen little to no weight loss.

I will perservere though, I ain't giving up

Plateaued? Been there. Try switching up the diet a bit, add in some extra cardio. It can be super frustrating though, especially when I even lowered my caloric intake further and still couldn’t drop more weight.

    Are you training abs?

Regrettably i never directly trained them and only did compounds so my core is kinda shit. I’m focusing on increasing my OHP and I just got an ab wheel so I’ll start going ham on them for this bulk. I can only see my top abs in good lighting

Bulking is a scam. Build lean mass

How many exercises are you actually doing. Lifts will hit core the same way washing your hair cleans your body. Like only barely. I dedicate a day to just core. Keep the ab wheel and incorporate the following
        >russian twist (kettlebell)
        >supine bicycle
        >frog kick or V-up
        >flutter kick
        >side bridge for time
        >weighted plank for time (put a plate on your back)
        >windshield wipers
        >rowers or sit ups, rowers are less stupid with your feet etc. Not the machine. Rel

This. I always laugh at those morons that say
            >don’t bulk bro, just gain lean mass!
In other words, clean bulk, don’t dirty bulk like a fricking gluttonous pig.

If you’re going to train abs don’t use weight, only do calisthenics at most. Most people train abs horribly wrong. Your core muscles are not designed to move heavy shit like your limbs are, they are designed to stabilize your torso and spine during movement

Is plank and situps enough for ab? How often should I do it per week?
