Wtf is going on? I'm 5'10 165lbs, haven't been outside since January, spend most of my day in bed (workout 1h a day in the living room) yet I keep gaining fricking weight. One meal of spaghetti and some potatoes/eggs on the side every 24 hours and I have put on 9lbs the past month.

Then the calculators should mention that you need to be up? I put light exercise in and they told me I need to be eating about 2100 calories, so I should literally be losing weight.

      >spend most of my day in bed
      Why you fricking moron?

Because it's comfy? I just watch tv/shitpost on chans all day, don't need anything more than a laptop for that.

You’re eating much more than 1500 calories a day.

I promise you I'm not. I only shit every other day. Do you think dehydration could be causing the weight gain?

Why are you eating pasta if you're trying to lose weight. Meat, fish, vegetables, water. Thats it. Only cook with olive, coconut, or avocado oil. Salt pepper and garlic for seasoning.

      Because pasta is filling

If you care more about feeling full than losing weight you are never going to make it. What a b***h mentality to have. You will never achieve anything in life if you aren't willing to suffer for it.

Are you weighing the spaghetti, potatoes, and eggs?
Are you weighing the sauces or any topping you put on?
Are you frying your potatoes/eggs? Are you putting butter on your spaghetti/cooking with butter or other oils?
9lbs in a month is a lot of weight. That means you're gaining 2.25 lbs a week.
losing 1lb of fat is roughly burning 7000 calories. If you gained 9lbs of fat that means you're eating an excess of 15,000 calories a week. Everyday your caloric excess is 2100 calories above your TDEE.
Now, most likely that's not the case, a lot of that weight could be water weight because you're eating a lot of carbs - but it doesn't change the fact that you are clearly, very clearly overeating and not being honest about your diet.
