So if you are really looking forward o lean down I suggest after you get to your desired bodyfat percentage, start lean bulking while keeping a check on not getting too fat. Aim for ottermode.

yeah, no i fully understand I won't look a ripped fitness model or anything, i'm mostly just setting a benchmark for myself to lose alot of fat and get a better/more defined face as the majority of face fat is shed from 18-11% bodyfat really

Nah, I'm the same height as OP (170) and my lowest weight was 47 (due to gut issues). It was only at that point that my stomach was completely flat but I wasn't quite auschwitz level. When I was 57 I already had a bit of a gut.
You're already quite thin, my suggestion would be to go hard on your abs. No matter how much bf you drop if your abs are nonexistent they won't poke through until you're actual auschwitz mode.
Your body will feel and look better if you build some muscle instead of starving yourself to death. 14 weeks is enough time to build some definition.
