170cm, 63kg, is it reasonable to want to have abs within 14 weeks? I am at 1500cals/day (running abt 7km daily to burn 400-450 cals)

    You are a borderline twink, you don't need to worry about cutting or abs. Just bulk for an year or 2 and then consider cutting.

        Bro, trust me I had the same mentality as you had. Same height, went down to about 52-53kg, Sure my face looked aesthetic as frick but my body looked malnourished, plus no one will genuinely respect you if you are a skinny manlet. So if you are really looking forward o lean down I suggest after you get to your desired bodyfat percentage, start lean bulking while keeping a check on not getting too fat. Aim for ottermode.

    You're already pretty lean, you'll be auschwitz mode by the time you see abs.
    You need to develop them so they get bigger, now go lift, do some leg raises.

    usually the question is can i get abs in 4 weeks from x and the answer is no
    however 14 weeks given your starting point it's possible. still wont be easy, people who have never been lean dont really understand how lean you need to get as seen here people surprised how u can be only 63kg and not already have ripped sixpack abs. You need to get to probably around 56-57kg and it's not gonna be easy in 3 months, doable and very possible but still not easy.

    and even at that point u will just barely have visible abs, they definitely wont be big and bulky with lots of definition. you are basically gonna look like a junkie

      yeah, no i fully understand I won't look a ripped fitness model or anything, i'm mostly just setting a benchmark for myself to lose alot of fat and get a better/more defined face as the majority of face fat is shed from 18-11% bodyfat really
      what woud you estimate my bodyfat is at rn?

        If OP gets down to 56-57 he'll be on verge of death or shit. He doesn't seem to have a lot of fat, just no muscle yet he is 63kg. 170cm is typical height in featherweight muay thai but fighters have to cut water to get there and you want OP to walk around that weight?

        You look 16-17% or higher bf. Gain muscle mass while keeping fat gain low will improve that number. You can get bigger and keep your jawline easier

          Nah, I'm the same height as OP (170) and my lowest weight was 47 (due to gut issues). It was only at that point that my stomach was completely flat but I wasn't quite auschwitz level. When I was 57 I already had a bit of a gut.

    You're already quite thin, my suggestion would be to go hard on your abs. No matter how much bf you drop if your abs are nonexistent they won't poke through until you're actual auschwitz mode.
    Your body will feel and look better if you build some muscle instead of starving yourself to death. 14 weeks is enough time to build some definition.
