    Let me think of a program.
    >Skinny fat
    So there's no need to lose a lot of weight, so simply eat slightly (300-500 calories) above maintenance and lift.

    Depending on how much strength you already have you can start with bodyweight only, or get a weighted vest / backpack with heavy shit on it and do these exercises

    Workout A:
    >Pullups 5xFailure
    >Pushups 5xFailure

    Workout B:
    >Inverted Rows 5xFailure
    >Dips 5xFailure

    Do workout A on monday, workout B on tuesday, and so on. Keep alternating and train 6 days a week.
    Every 2 weeks add weight. So if you started with bodyweight now you can get the vest/backpack.
    Also increase the number of sets when you feel like only 5 are getting too easy to do

    You can also add Air Squats so you don't have total chicken legs, and muscular legs will also make pullups and dips more difficult so it's good for hypertrophy.

    just do callisthenics wtflol

    that's like basically the body everyone had coming out of BASIC so just do push ups until the thought it doing more makes you sick, walk constantly, planks and do some pull ups.

    Start thinking of sugar as poison and see the skinny fat physique disappear. You'll be skinny tho. Don't overdo it with carbs, either.
    Calisthenics is legit for strength, but not so much for aesthetic goals; in short: you won't look good doing it unless you become a proper athlete, which you won't.

    easy. burpees, pullups, chinups. This will work everything, and give you explosive strength to boot.
    but you can. not. skip. the protein, or you won't get stronger. the cardio aspect of the above exercises will take care of the fat.
