I bulked to 100kg over the course of a year, gained strength and muscle/fat then cut back to 85kg and lost all my strength and lost the combination of muscle/fat that I gained and was just back to looking like I did the year before. Maybe gained 1-2kg of muscle during that whole process.
Bro you are 12cm taller than me and I weigh more than you. You should do a serious bulk. Also post a light+anglefrauded pic for reference, you're selling yourself short
No I’m not that is what my body actually looks like. Pic related is flex frauding. Also already done bulks, I just lose any muscle/strength I gained while cutting.
>This is my natty limit.
the state of your washroom tells me you have never been close to your limit in any field of your life. let me guess >bachelor's degree in csc >java programmer ii >62k per year >this is my career limit. best i'll ever do
if it's your limit it's only because you've given up.
not bad man, just keep lifting
good numbers
with your long frame you will need to gain potentially ~10kg more lean tissue to look non dyel though, a LOT of clean eating involved
tis the blessing and curse of the lanklet, you have a high ceiling for mass and absolute strength but that also means a higher threshold you need to reach to look muscular at all
p.s
it will likely take 3-4 years of dedicated lifting and eating to approach this
based on a mate of mine that is similarly almost 2m and looks slim at 100kg, he got there from around 90 skinnyfat through oly lifting and lots of food
I'm with you OP. 6'5, been lifting for a year, did a bulk to 240lbs where I got really fat, how trying to cut down to 15%bf - currently 203lbs. It's tough being tall
>flexing with a pump AND on steroids
That transformation is actually pathetic all things considered. You can tell by the size of his chest that he’s still dyel and everyone looks like they have jacked delts if you get a picture taken MIDWAY THROUGH LIFTING.
Wake up babe, new bait thread just dropped.
shave
eat more dumbass

what was your intake during your cut?

eat more
train harder
it's not our fault you're moronic
What's your programm like?
Focus on progressing on heavy compound lifts first for low reps and do accessories after for pump high reps.

2700-2800cal during cut, lost 1lb a week.
Went from dyel to average cbt poster. OP just exposed this whole board.
you got a really nice mid section 🙂
Dude, just bulk and go for strength/size. If you keep cutting ofc you're gonna look dyel.
If that fails, get your T measured.
lanklet moment

I’m literally doing a PhD in Mathematics right now and majored in maths/statistics with first class honours LMAO.
You’re not going to believe me but 105/130/180
>105/130/180
Something is missing here.
Probably the fact that I’m not picture frauding or on steroids
ohp/bench/dead?

kg or lb?
>62k per year
Do you just pull random numbers out of your ass?
what are your lifts?
I'm 200cm and it's tough op, manlets will never understand our struggle
bro please throw some squats in your training program. You are following a program.... right?....

If it bothers you just pin. Look at NBA players, if you can get before/after pics of then roiding they’re usually skellies in the before
Yeah thought about it but I'm not even close to the limit yet and it's a pain in the arse to get it in the UK - it is what it is

so many razors, still a hairy disgusting pig
I am convinced 6’1-6’2 is the best height. Tall enough atleast in US and can still build good amount of muscle.
