      Why do people do this? Some moron lifts the bar for 2.5 years and spends his off time eating mac and cheese and drinking pepsi and it's used as evidence that natty lifting doesn't work. I've literally doubled in size from natty lifting for a year. Everyone b***hes about getting protein in too, all you fricking have to do is eat 2 chicken breasts a day. Fricking hell I'm tired of this board. I swear it gets more moronic every year. It's like watching someone put their fricking shirt on backwards and then going "well shirts clearly don't fricking work I'm not gonna bother using shirts"

          Ok so I just looked at 3 random recent chest workouts he did. Picrel.
          He's 22 so he's getting away with the big calorie intake + he's most likely kind of stupid and not tracking it accurately. (Probably doesn't understand dry weight vs cooked pasta calories etc.)
          But most importantly, what the frick is his workout? It's absolutely shit. 2.5 years of lifting and he's doing 2 sets of 60kg chest press?? He's not overloading, he's spending HALF his 1 hour session actually lifting weights. He's a moron. Case closed.

    You're doing it wrong. You have to lift more weight, do more reps, or both every work-out or else you're on the path to nowhere dude. Diet & macronutrients matter. Focus & do it right.

    Consistent doesn't mean anything if it's wrong. Contrary to the saying, practice doesn't make perfect, good practice makes perfect, bad practice makes shit. You won't grow if you're lifting baby weights without proper progressive overload, your diet doesn't provide a sufficent protein/kcap surplus and your sleep is fricked.

      He's 6'2 and not terribly weak, but not strong either. There could be all sorts at play here. He could be weighing himself on a carpet so the measurement is off. He could be miscounting calories. But one thing for certain is his workouts are completely shit. I posted pics of his chest split below. He's an idiot. He spends 30 minutes lifting and the other 30 doing cardio. So one thing for sure is that he doesn't know how to train. If his weight is accurate I'd guess he weighs himself when he's full of has a lot of water weight, so he's probably actually more like 81kg. At 6'2, that's believable. Picrel is me at 6'0 and 85kg. I train for 1.5 hours 5x per week and that's pure lifting. I only do cardio on the weekends. I'm also 32.
