If you do roids none of your gains count and you're a fricking fraud. Sure its fun to be able to lift very very heavy things in a controlled enviorment but your functional strength is fricked because you no longer have flexibility and you're going to be crippled by age 45 because you're body is going through a transformation only possible after 10-20 years of super intense exercise in a couple years.
Is this bait thread?
2 months is literally nothing you dumb zoomer, this is why you shouldn't watch fitness "influencer" that tried to sell you their "ripped in a week" program
The newbie gain is jot even ended yet. jesus christ those fitness "influencer" really ruin the normal expectation of people huh
You're not in the same position in both pictures. Your collarbones are just as visible, your stomach has the same shape and you don't have any more definition or size in the second pic. Keep working and take progress pics every 6-9 months.
Just do more arm work which most of powerlifters aren't cuz muh isolation, towel pull ups, cheat curls, skull crushers, tough af exercises that will bring gains to your arms.
You're building a base. Keep at it. Real fitness is not a meme, it's a way of life. Enjoy the process. If you do, you'll make more gains and look better than 99%.
Nothing, that's natty lifting. You can see pretty substantial improvement in his shoulders and chest though, his shoulders are fairly less bony and his chest is fuller. His waist is also more firm - it's "muscle-shaped", even if it's not defined. And his arms are slightly more muscular too, most visible in the forearm actually.
The sad thing, though, is that this is the fastest that progress will ever happen for him. To be able to make visible gains in just two months, natty, is something that you will never see again after like 8 months of training.
If you just wanna be fit and attractive then natty lifting is fine, but if you wanna be jacked your goal is unironically to get to the point where you can use steroids effectively as fast as possible.
>what is he doing wrong
Nothing. I see bigger traps, shoulders, chest, and arms. Looks like he doesn’t even have a pump in either picture, so he’s definitely filled up a little. How much progress do you expect someone to make in only 2 months?
It's been 2 months. It takes at least 2 years before you see any real results, yet you fricking poodle head dyels watch some roided tiktok "natty" workout clip and wonder why you're not as big as them after 8 weeks?
Your "friend" needs a good smack across the face for being such a stupid c**t, then tell your "friend", ie - you, to do this:
Focus on your compound lifts and diet for 6 months. Bench press, squat, deadlift and bent over rows. You should be aiming to lift your bodyweight for upper body at 3x10, then twice your bodyweight for lower at 3x5.
Don't even bother with isolated exercises like bicep curl and lateral raises. You're going to fatigue too quickly and not recover quick enough for the next day.
Oh, I should mention, you've got to go at least 5 days a week, training legs on 2 of those days. Big legs are key to a big frame.
>Don't even bother with isolated exercises like bicep curl and lateral raises. Natty's listen to moronic advice like this, make no progress, and then everyone thinks natty lifting is a waste of time. Do PPLxPP and most definitely isolate bis, tris, and delts. Benching and ohp will not give you big arms they will give you a big chest and big front delts respectively.
Bench press, deadlift and rows you stupid frick; that's plenty of work for bi's, tris and delts for the average dyel.
Idiots like you forget how much time you wasted curling those 5kg dumbells for hours on end when you first started, when instead you should of just increased the weight on the lifts which actually matter.
Why's natty lifting a meme? Look at how good this guy looks. Is this really impossible in 2 years as a natty as long as you don't fall for any beginner traps like powershitter programs?
Only working out for 2 months
i meant the progress, i guess thats just natty life lmao

Your powershitter "advice" has ruined countless young men's bodies.
>Advise ruined countless young men's bodies
>Arnold
In what world does a deadlift hit anything on the arms???
Nothing. He is on the right track. Give it 2 years and check his progress.
Do you perm your hair, homosexual?
Zoomer genocide WHEN
Why's natty lifting a meme? Look at how good this guy looks. Is this really impossible in 2 years as a natty as long as you don't fall for any beginner traps like powershitter programs?
>What is he doing wrong
nothing, if he looks the same in next year then he probably should ask this question again
It takes a couple of months to notice any real muscle gain. Just focus on the strength gains.
