        If you do roids none of your gains count and you're a fricking fraud. Sure its fun to be able to lift very very heavy things in a controlled enviorment but your functional strength is fricked because you no longer have flexibility and you're going to be crippled by age 45 because you're body is going through a transformation only possible after 10-20 years of super intense exercise in a couple years.

        You're not in the same position in both pictures. Your collarbones are just as visible, your stomach has the same shape and you don't have any more definition or size in the second pic. Keep working and take progress pics every 6-9 months.

    Nothing, that's natty lifting. You can see pretty substantial improvement in his shoulders and chest though, his shoulders are fairly less bony and his chest is fuller. His waist is also more firm - it's "muscle-shaped", even if it's not defined. And his arms are slightly more muscular too, most visible in the forearm actually.

    The sad thing, though, is that this is the fastest that progress will ever happen for him. To be able to make visible gains in just two months, natty, is something that you will never see again after like 8 months of training.

    If you just wanna be fit and attractive then natty lifting is fine, but if you wanna be jacked your goal is unironically to get to the point where you can use steroids effectively as fast as possible.

    It's been 2 months. It takes at least 2 years before you see any real results, yet you fricking poodle head dyels watch some roided tiktok "natty" workout clip and wonder why you're not as big as them after 8 weeks?

    Your "friend" needs a good smack across the face for being such a stupid c**t, then tell your "friend", ie - you, to do this:

    Focus on your compound lifts and diet for 6 months. Bench press, squat, deadlift and bent over rows. You should be aiming to lift your bodyweight for upper body at 3x10, then twice your bodyweight for lower at 3x5.

    Don't even bother with isolated exercises like bicep curl and lateral raises. You're going to fatigue too quickly and not recover quick enough for the next day.

    Oh, I should mention, you've got to go at least 5 days a week, training legs on 2 of those days. Big legs are key to a big frame.

    Now go, go and don't return for another year.

      Natty's listen to moronic advice like this, make no progress, and then everyone thinks natty lifting is a waste of time. Do PPLxPP and most definitely isolate bis, tris, and delts. Benching and ohp will not give you big arms they will give you a big chest and big front delts respectively.
