Losing weight that fast is very unhealthy if youre not morbidly obese, which you arent. I know you wont listen to me but your skin health is deterioriating and your body is going for your muscle before your fat.
You should switch to a more sustainable diet and start lifting to preserve muscle mass.
Its not too late, start hitting the gym and get on a more reasonable cutting diet. You'll look way better and be much happier with yourself.
Not OP, im 240lbs 6ft and probably 35% fat not sure. This week i tried to be on a calorie deficit of 1000 per day, very low on protein, plenty water and while working out 4 times. Am I doing more damage than good at the moment?

Calculate TDEE and aim for 500-1000 calories below that. At your BMI you could be eating 2000-2500 calories a day and still be losing 1-2lbs a week depending on bodyfat.

Also eat way more protein, ideally protein should be 50-60% of your macros but 30%-40% is fine if thats all you can reasonably achieve. You must be starving eating no protein on that diet, it is not sustainable.

In a year you won't look like a subhuman anymore, and in two you will start to have a man's body. Keep going and don't make a post for another 6 months.
Good work. Do some daily pushups as well. I started with 100 a day (5 sets of 20, but do what is challenging for you), then I increased it by 50 every sunday if it felt easy (25, 30, etc). Its one of those simple things that made a big impact on me over the course of weeks and months. Its nothing that will burn you out, but putting that constant work on your arms and chest really helps build muscle. Try it for a few weeks and see how you feel after. Good luck brother.

Why would you ever go low on protein? you gonna lose your gains homie. Just eat a ton of protein, but not much else
10lbs is probably water weight, so 2.5lbs a week loss is not too fast at all
