it seems i cut weigh too hard or something, or is it something else? did i injure some nerve? anyoen else encountered this?
Fine, here's a more difficult version for the average IST user.
4 WEEK CHALLENGE: >No video games or anime >No porn or jerking off of any kind >No alcohol, weed, or cigarettes >No IST >High intensity cardio 3 times per week for at least 1 hour at a time >Cook 5 meals yourself that don't include chicken or rice >Drink 2L of water a day >Sleep a minimum of 8 hours a day
I haven't smoked or drank the whole month but this week (and particularly today) I begun to have cravings.
Think I'll buy some beers and a cigarette pack. I wasn't trying to quit, it kinda happened naturally. Was kinda hopeful I'd make it to a nonth just to brag, but it doesn't mean anything. Fitness and responsibilities in general have been om point since march too.
