Then I started training and cutting carbs (while eating the same number of calories), and I started losing bodyfat without losing weight. I'm now on the way to have the 3rd set of abs because of it. How long have you been working out? I don't see what you mean by having "the body of a 40yo" Get rid of the hair and you will look better. Keep lifting, it takes time to fill out your frame. Eventually, once you have more muscle mass, do a cut and get lean. You will look a lot better, you don't have an old man's body at all

Pick a program and keep lifting. You need some sort of increasing stimulus to keep growing. You won't get big by doing sub 1/2/3/4 lifts for the same ammount of reps and sets all your life.
Get a decent program and try to be consistent and patient for the next 1-2 years. You don't look old, you look good. You just need to organize your training a bit so you can keep making progress.
And shave your body.
Bro don't have totally, but use a 0.5-1 inch clipper and thin it out. 20 years old and throwing in the towel is pretty cucked too.
