Really? I have no stomach or chest definition at all and no vascularity. I tried using the navy calculator and it gave me 16% but when I tried verifying it with IST they ripped me a new one and they had good points. No one is 16% has man boobs like these

            Ya you have no muscle
            Your lifts are dogshit
I thought they were kilograms at first but that wouldn’t make any sense with your body

hes trolling bro. your in the mid 20s easily and it looks like you have gyno because they look like breasts and not just fat deposits.

              You need to cut asap

How much should I cut? Thinking of cutting another 10 lbs because any more than that and im approaching under weight territory. I just changed my routine to GZCLP every other day and light cardio + abs on off says so hopefully thatll help me improve my lifts. Not sure if till be possible for me to get stronger on a cut but I feel like the cut is necessary

You should cut till your at least 18%. At this level you wont have breasts, a round belly and love handles. I wouldn't worry about being underweight for a while as its only temporary but its worth it because right now you are fat and will only get fatter if you continue to bulk.

Maybe try not being too excessive on your bulk next time and keep the calorie surplus at a moderate level

I think the breasts are due to gyno. They've looked exactly the same since I started cutting at 150. Belly has gotten a little flatter thankfully but I thought I'd look a lot thinner at this weight. I figured bmi would be a decently objective measurement since I have a dyel body but my bf seemingly hasn't dropped at all. Honestly I can see myself being around 100 lbs and still barely being 18 at best. Currently at 1300 cals a day for the past 3 months and idk if I'll be able to sustain the cut past 120 at which point I'll probably have to eat sub 1000 cals if I want to maintain a 500 calorie deficit

BMI is a terrible level to gauge anything other than if your under or overweight and even then I would worry about it. You can go up or down the BMI easily

If the man boobs are due to gyno then mayebe your right and its making you look higher bf% than what you are.

Probably, but I have to try. I'd like to reach my peak one day even if it's what an average person would look like after a couple months. I can't keep looking like this anymore

You either started lifting a month ago or you have benn fricking around hardcore
If you started lifting a month ago, stop obsessing over shit like BF% and keep lifting and dieting
If you've been fricking around, start pushing yourself and eating twice as much protein as you do now

I've been lifting for a while so I guess fricking around. How much do you think I should be lifting for my weight? Almost everywhere I read says to stop being skinnyfat it's recommended to lose weight while lifting. I'm not trying to get abs or anything I just want to not have the body of an overweight dad while being on the low end of average weight

Bumping with another picture at the same weight from a different distance. I think this one shows my overall frame/bone structure a bit better. I still think I should cut at least 10 lbs tho bc I'm undeniably fat. Im just not sure how I can eat anymore protein with my current calorie count but I'll try

there's your problem. BMI doesn't work properly for short or tall people. I have an overweight BMI but I'm still a lanky skeleton

I'm borderline overweight per bmi at 6'4, 202lb and have visible ribs and a 4 pack.

Past 5 years ill have 3 - 4 months out of the year where i show up and then i stop going.

Most recently started back up in late april.
I got COVID mid june and havent been back like 3 weeks and it shows

I am down like 9 pounds from my starting weight do i guess its not all bad news

I'm obviously not ripped or very qualified but as someone with stats my advice would be to find a routine that you can do consistently. When you're not at the gym maybe do some type of abs or light cardio to keep you active when you're not at the gym. Doesn't need to be something huge but it makes exercise more of a habit and lifestyle

                Forget pic

Seems like we're relatively similar except you dont have the gyno. I could look something like that with different lighting. Any advice for someone around your stats?

Youre right i would probably be better off doing pullups and pushups consistently at home instead of waiting for me to feel like showing up to the gym. I appreciate you

Every single one of those lifts is lower than my first 1rm when I started lifting. I consider myself weak. You need to get on a progressive overload program and fast. You are not lifting enough to see any results.

I started with just the bar but yeah I just changed to a more efficient program and starting doing cardio

You literally have breasts my Black person is that gyno? See if you feel anything hard and get surgery for it

Yeah I'm confident it's gyno. Don't have money for surgery but in the meantime I plan on pushing myself harder in the gym and hopefully muscle makes it look better

You really shouldn't be even wasting your time with a 1RM test.
        >But it's great to know where you are!
You can gauge yourself at those levels with a 5RM just fine, you won't waste an entire workout session on a 1RM where you will get about zero gains but still accrue noticeable fatigue, and your 1RM at that level will be changing so often anyway.

I am doing a Fullbody workout 4x a week with bodyweight exercises like pull up,push up,squats, dips,Pike push ups 5 sets till failure,2x 30 min rope jump cardio and 1 Full rest day, check the K Boges channel too

Do you look more lean than me or similar bf? Also what are your lifts and time spent lifting. I have the same plan. Basically cut to 125, lean bulk to 135, then repeat until I have a decent amount of muscle at a low weight
