OP: Some more unsolicited advice, which I myself don't usually follow: If you really want to track your progress you could always periodically measure your arms, chest, shoulders etc. rather than go by anyone's visual assessment. Unless the progress is dramatic, trying to just eyeball it is going to be a little subjective
