    Takes a couple weeks. Despite what many anons will tell you, it's OK to occasionally cave to these cravings and get something. Just stay within your calorie allowance and don't go overboard. I'm just over a month into my weight loss (-11lb) and I occasionally get fast food. I just get way less than I would when I was eating like a huge fatass. Hard to quit cold turkey. Eventually you should aim to eliminate fast food though. I'm weaning myself off of it. The calorie limit is all-important. Not to be broken for any reason.

    Just think of the cravings/hunger pangs as fat leaving the body. It helped me and the more I felt it the more fat I lost. See the cravings as a sign your diet is working and learn to almost enjoy the feeling

    The cravings get weaker every week. They go away completely by like month 6. Maybe sooner if you are actively seeking out things*(habits, smells) that trigger your goyslop cravings. It's like getting off nicotine. Gotta touch it out until your brain and body catch up to your decision. Commit to it or fuck off back to your burger parlor like a pathetic cuck.
