30 day water fast: Day

Hello fellas! Still on this fast. Once I surpass 72h it'll turn into the longest I've ever done.
Height: 193cm or 6'3"
Starting weight: 106.8 kgs
Day 3 weight: 102.8 kgs

The hunger pangs got to me a little bit. But nothing has been consumed beyond salt water, coffee and multivitamin supplements.
I realize this is not exactly impressive yet. But I believe it is soon to be.
Stay tuned for the future my fellow anos.

it's not an important milestone so I didn't care much about quality. I'm just putting it out there to keep it consistent and keep myself on track.

fastards never maintain the weight loss because it's not a sustainable lifestyle change that can easily be maintained for the rest of your days, but enjoy the short term gratification

This is true. To be thin you have to make a lifestyle change. I lost 60 lbs and gained 80 back (not fasting) because I didn't make a lifestyle change. But I'm still going to be fasting anyway. There's someone I am meeting in a few months that's going to TOP me.

True, did a 10 day fast 6 months ago and gained it back in 4 weeks, since then I'm back to that weight but took me 5 months

He never heard of the bloke that lost and kept off ~300 pounds through extended water fasting

Based moron. Fasting is the first half of the equation, the weight can very easily be kept off, secret is just not eating carbs afterwards while hormones are still re-regulating.

I lost about 5kg in 2021. and never got them back

Since then I've been trying to lose the rest with "healthy diet and exercise" but I'm always stagnating

I'll probably do another round soon to lose the remaining 5kg I wanna lose

Honestly anon you look fine. I would have loved to look like you when I was fat.
No point in fasting, you could lose the weight eating chicken breast burritos up to 1500kcal a day for months on end like I did instead.

1500 cals a day for 3 months while doing cardio 2-3 times a day through the span of 30-60 minutes with lifting 4-5 out of 7 days while making time for abs after every work out and you will look 10000000000times better. you look like a normal dood rn tho so thats better then like 80% of IST the other 20 is 19 % twinks who i would frick which makes them better then you and 1 percent doods who post pics of themselves in cbt threads (this is like 3 people)
also eat pic related if you ever have a sugar craving its 50 cals

        Anonymous

change the 2-3 times a day to week which what i think you meant, and 1500cals to around 4k. And I'm already doing all that.
But I'm not into looking "better". I do believe I will. I just kind of want to get to 30 days. See if I have that resolve.
Also thanks for the recommendation, but I don't really ever get sugar cravings. Big savory guy. And the salt water has that covered.

You don't really need that much. Most people look jacked at 6 months of going hard at the gym if they're at 10% body fat by the end of that.
And that's if you've never had that muscle mass before. Recomping is even faster.

I'm drinking a pretty low amount, just for the minerals present in it. Not really for the caffeine. It doesn't seem like it'll cause me any problems.

you need more muscle, not less fat, be good to yourself, its way harder the other way around.
you can do the fast later when you bulk up

I've wrote this before and I'll write it again. If you think I can get much more muscle than this without roiding, Your perception on human muscularity is warped.

well good luck on the fast man.
30 days is no joke but youre over what most call the worst of it, though saying that most dont go beyond 7 days to find themselves in the actual worst part of it so you have that to look forward to.
ive only ever gone 3 days before deciding its pointless and that was tough.
keep posting the updates, show all the dickheads theyre wrong

          The truth.
I'm not abusing angles, lighting, not flexing, don't have a pump.
I'm just standing there as myself and I have a more than fair amount of muscle.
If I was leaner it'd look like I have more. Because of more vascularity, and the overall lean look.
I've been going hard in the gym for 2 years before that I was a long distance runner and swimmer. I'm considered at this point, a high performance athlete.
I have surpassed 1/2/3/4 over a year ago. Although I must admit I dropped the deadlift weight down to 2.8 instead of 4 plates. Everything else is above average.
Are there more gains to be had?
Yeah sure. But those are long term. The kind you'll only notice once every 6 to 8 months.
Right now I want to try this.
And any gains lost come back easy it's the ones you never had that are hard to get.

No, I'm really just trying to understand. Is there some marketing to it? Am I supposed to ask like "who's body is that on the right?" Because I don't believe anybody would go around posting that on every post in this board for weeks if it weren't to try and make people get into something.
Because if that's the point you should put something traceable on it, in the filename or on the image itself.

    Thread's still up. So here's day 4!
Weight is still at 102.8kgs even though I didn't eat anything.
I just think it's because I hydrated better yesterday.
Pee is pretty yellow, more than usual but nor getting dark or anything. Just surprising with the amount of water I'm drinking.
