Is he a fricking child, who the frick is a grown adult and weighs less than 132 pounds?

The ideal weight for a male who doesn't lift and is average height (5'10) is literally 135lbs. That's around 10% bodyfat. A 5'10 male who lifts and doesn't roid should be about 170lbs max at 10% bodyfat

thats the ideal wight for a borderline midget

        Anonymous

10% bodyfat isn't ideal for most people. Most people would have to be on a starvation diet to maintain 10% while not lifting.

People who grow up at around 10% have no issues staying there without entering le "starvation" mode.
I've been around 10% since I was a little kid because I didn't have time to eat while playing with the other kids outside (something zoomers will never ever experience) and I grew up to be 6'3 anyway.

A 5'10" man who lifts should be at 180lbs, 12% bodyfat.
A man has no reason to be below 12% bodyfat for sustainable health and aesthetics. A man has no reason to be above 15% bodyfat ever.

I've noticed lifetime natties at 5'10 often are around 180 and look massive
My theory is based on BMI, that most natties top out at around a 26 BMI at low bodyfat
That at around a lean 22 BMI you will look fit and around a lean 24 muscular.

Wtf, frick no. I'm 5'11" and was skelly mode at 155 lbs. A healthy weight for 5'10" is like 160 lbs.

whether people eat 1000 or 4000 calories a day, at some point you will achieve a limit on how many people can be on the earth since we can only produce so much food. The real question is how do we stop the increase in population?

No, the real question is "what is the limit." It is likely many times higher than the current population.

these communists really ought to be lined up and shot

He wasn't really a communist, just a dude who prioritized the planet and its resources over human life and was extremely unapologetic about it. He believed it'd be prudent to deport people from developed countries to developing countries in Africa where they would not consume the same amount of natural resources. He also believed democracy was a mistake and that a dictatorship would be the only way of fulfilling what he had in mind. Closest he got to a Communist was when he dedicated a book he wrote to the Bader-Meinhof terrorist group.

he sounds based, but also very sick in the head at the same time. it makes great theory fiction, but nobody should adhere to this man's self-destructive lunacy

He never really had any political aspirations, both because his deep ecology ideas are very very fringe and because he didn't believe in the electoral system.
He just lived in a little cottage out in the woods with very few amenities, spending most of his time tending his property, outdoor activities like bird watching and writing.

There's, like, a video where a Finnish TV guy is asking him some questions about his Africa idea, and asks him if he's fine with doing nothing as the people there starve and die. He says yes, and then sequences into talking about how more people should be sent there to subsist on whatever they can find in Sub-Saharan Africa, and the TV dude almost cries.

Interest is the cause of this. Before there was no "growth market" but instead a market with a mission to keep the economy at a certain level. Always sticking to the slowest possible increase in wealth of the nation. The reason for the exchange to growth was mainly that there was war to be had and each nation wanted to become stronger than their counterparts. The ones driving the wars into fruition is another discussion really. Case and point, the interest economy really fricked us over with some questionable decisions along the way.

And the idea that having nice things make us miserable is stupid. It is lefties like him who are making us miserable due to their social policies.

      >Before there was no "growth market" but instead a market with a mission to keep the economy at a certain level. Always sticking to the slowest possible increase in wealth of the nation.
