if anyone is curious what on and off dieting/"im going to the gym"/workout and basically doing the bare minimum while telling people you are doing the most you possibly can, correctly and efficiently, here you go

Yeah I've never taken the gym super serious, not trying to be a body builder or anything just staying consistent and eating healthier, I can bench 40kg either side so plus the bar I'm at 100kg, only got there about a month ago so I'm still working on getting a clean 10 reps, keep failing at 6-7 atm!

you absolutely cannot bench 100kg for 6-7 reps. why even lie when it's so obvious?

        >not trying to be a body builder or anything
Trust me bro, you couldn't look like a bodybuilder even if you wanted to. Getting some more muscle can only do you good, specially considering the loose skin problem
In any case, keep it up

Anyone else find it cringe when people flex in these kinds of pics?

only if the said person thinks he is flexing his muscles (which he doesn't have). so if op is happy and genuinely thinks he is buff now it's pretty cringe

you look 100kg in the second pic.
but yeah i'd say this is pretty average transformation. you are still around 30kg overweight unironically given the lack of muscle mass you have.

A lot of it is loose skin, I went from 255lbs to 170lbs before going to the gym. I know I'm not hench for frick sake lmao, I've been going 3 times a week and watching my calories, that's it. I posted my progress just to show what I've been doing, I'm open to suggestion and advice of course! Just took this, any better? I'm not trying to flex, but the lose skin means I still look flabby.

How tall are you? Maybe get a DEXA scan and determine your bodyfat percentage. I'd hazard you're still on the higher end. Grats on the progress though.

You severely lack muscle mass. I'd consider frauding iiwy

I'm not trying to hate, and great job on losing weight OP only way is up now.

Why do fat people never lift whilst trying to lose weight?

You still look like shit and have a long way to go, but good progress nonetheless.
