And he looks like this.
But this dude is like 6’5. So if I’m 5’8 how many less calories should I be aiming for a physique like this.
Or is he not natty?

don't listen to the antinutrient brainlets, their thought process cannot assimilate the fact that some toxins are beneficial for us in the right dosage. The thought process of a todler who thinks only in terms of good vs evil.

He is obv. natty, if you see pics of him where the lightning isn't good and he isn't pumped up after a workout, he looks fairly small actually, he even says so himself, why else would he try bulking?

Also, there's nothing wrong with eggs and oatmeal, the KFC is probably the """"healthiest""" on the menu but he shouldn't be trying to dirty bulk. But calories is calories, and he wants to meet his daily macros. he is young, tall and has high metabolism, he has always been suuuper skinny (I watch his vids now and again) so you can't really compare it to yourself, it's genetics and shit.

Also why would you ask IST what you should aim for? Theres a billion online calculators for you also read the sticky goddamn

If he were an average height person nobody would say that he is not natty but since we are used to lanklets being skellies its weird.

Natty or not, gear doesn't burn fat or allow you to eat more.

I'm 5'8" and my bulking diet is around 2600 kcal, but it also depends on your physical activity, I don't really do anything other than going to the gym and walking the 4km~ back on foot.

You are spot on mate. I did a 6 month cut @2000kcal and lost 12kg. So since i lost half kg per week my deficit was pretty fricking exactly 500kcal and the typical guideline of 2500kcal was absolutely spot on. A lot of people go wrong with bulking because they think they need to eat +3000kcal not realizing that if their maintenance is 2500kcal then that means in a year they would gain 24kg. Well if you gain 24kg in a year and you are not beginner how much of that will be muscle? maybe 1kg if you are lucky so 23kg of it was fat. Have fun cutting 23kg and making no gains for a year.

200kcal surplus is plenty to build all the muscle you need, even that is overkill but its obviously pretty hard to micro-manage it to perfection.

dirty ass bulk, he's gonna come up with a fricked up liver and heart long term

Best bulking is rice, oatmeal, chicken and eggs, some red meat every now and then and broccoli for test.
Once you reach peak physique, reduce carbs progressively to adapt to keto, for muscle retention.
