I was suffering too much with my body image. I was disgusted with myself whenever i looked in the mirror. I didn't want to wear oversized tshirts to hide my man-boobs and pear shaped body anymore so I made the decision to cut first even though it wasn't the optimal choice.

I ate 1200 calories a day. 1 meal on the morning of 2 eggs and 1 meal at night which is whatever my parents cooked.
My routine was 3 days a week of pushups, OHP kettlebells and then some bodyweight squats which I also superset with more pushups.
