      I ate 1200 calories a day. 1 meal on the morning of 2 eggs and 1 meal at night which is whatever my parents cooked.

      My routine was 3 days a week of pushups, OHP kettlebells and then some bodyweight squats which I also superset with more pushups.

      I did not know the concept of calorie tracking so i was probably eating close to maintainence the first two months. I did not see any changes in my physique so I switched to eating the same diet(1900 kcal) for the last two months plus half an hour of cardio everyday. 4 days a week upper/lower split throughout. picrel is without anglefrauding.
      Left- 63kg, right- 61kg

      I was suffering too much with my body image. I was disgusted with myself whenever i looked in the mirror. I didn't want to wear oversized tshirts to hide my man-boobs and pear shaped body anymore so I made the decision to cut first even though it wasn't the optimal choice.
