      i dont know my 1rms but i can do 145lbs ohp for 9 reps, 225lbs bench for 10 reps and 280lbs squat for 8 reps
      i dont deadlift due to circumstances

        The issue here is you haven't commited, either go full builtfat and work on a lower rep higher weight or commit to a long cut and get shredded.

        You're problem is you are doing low weight high reps, for your body do higher weights, 5 reps/1 rep max. Stop blaming your genetics and actually try.
