I'm greek and can get yogurt cheap as fuck.
Protein Powder is still cheaper per g of broton and more convenient when I don't want to eat something.

Now that Whey is so expensive I switched to Fage and haven't looked back, it's fucking godly. The 5% fat version is better

True, this 0% one i gotta mix it with some fruits cause the taste isn't that good

      >100x more expensive than protein powder
      >huurr y not buy??

Keep eating all your hyper processed chemicals then

Because a 450g container of Fage costs £3.00 in Londonistan here while a 450g container of Skyr costs £1.60.

      Shit that's a deal

I just eat cottage cheese instead. It's half the price where I live with double the protein

In my country you can't find that anywhere

Good thing you can get a pot of skyr for 1/3 the price of Fage with virtually identical macros.

I usually get Skyr from Lidl, sometimes their containers go on sale for 49p
My local one's closed for renovation until November, so until then I have to go to Asda

They cost 2.50 for 2 over here. At least when they're on sale, they've been on sale for 2 weeks and will for another 2 so I'm still good. Usually don't want to shill shit but Skyr is just better, even the offbrands

Skyr simply has double the protein of GY.

    Basato e rossopillolato.
How do you make it not taste like shit though? I almost can't stand the flavor and it makes me gag if I think about it. Still eat 1kg a day, but I have to mix it with canned peaches
