Exercising more will motivate you to eat less goyslop.
You don't have to have the perfect diet every day of the week.
Have that donut, just don't have multiple donuts everyday of the week and always work harder than last time and you will make incredible gains.

what people consider normal is subjective in regards to this habit, but most goyslop companies and crop producers have teams of top scientists dedicated to making food addictive and crops high yeald, no matter the cost. Tv, also is linked to a decrease in introspection and independent thought. there wasn't much of a weight problem until the 80's with tobacco use lowering appetite and physical labor helping burn more calories, but it really started becoming a problem in the 90's.

how the frick do we burn 2000 calories for just existing but it takes 103784 hours to burn 3 calories

what i meant by that post was:
how does the human body manage to burn 2000 doing absolutely nothing every day, but doing cardio (which is a much more strenuous task than existing) burns so little for what you are doing
i mean, granted, if youre doing frickall, the body burns less than 2000 calories but my question still stands

The thought depresses me a lot famalam, there was an instance in my country where a dumb fricking woman was charged for somehow getting her foot stuck on the accelerator, proceeded to jumped the curb and smashed on the top of an incoming car on other side of the street, killing a 17 year old kid.

Because you're thinking about it wrong. It's amazing that our bodies can convert such a small amount of food into energy that can last us so long. It's really amazing.

  29. 10 months ago

Cardio is massively underrated for maintaining leanness year round and not feeling like shit or having a terrible hormone profile like natty bodybuilders who starve themselves like anorexic women. Disassociate your cardio from your calorie intake. Just think that you are someone who is into fitness therefore you do a certain amount of cardio each week. In the long run it adds up.

3x500 cals per week = 78000 per year = 22lbs of bodyfat burned through per year

500 burned per day = 182500 per year = 52lbs of bodyfat per year

Bodybuilders think cardio is pointless because they use it as a short term tool. Just put it in the background and don't think about the numbers but in the back of your mind know its going to keep you significantly leaner in the long run, along with other benefits of cardio.

      Anonymous

Your numbers dont take into account of the fitter your cell the more efficient it gets at using energy you get more out of less energy not more burned so you need less the fitter you get as untrained cells need more energy to get the same result as trained cells.

        Anonymous

Shut it, untrainedcel, this is just lazy loser cope.
You are not going to get so efficient that cardio is not worth doing, and you are not going to get absolutely shagged out and somehow have burned less than before.

If you're burning less, then your heart is working less hard, it feels more comfortable and you can go for longer. You're talking about such a ridiculously small percentage to justify not trying.
