>5 reps for strength? >10 reps for hypertrophy? >wow it's like you have weight training down to a science, it's just weird you're really not strong or big muscled
>tfw my fatceps are enough for normies
If you're a IST "dyel" you're probably the strongest of your friends and normies can see that you're sorta buff
But don't get comfortable, always keep pushing. They'll tell you don't need to lose any more fat, you don't need to go heavier, etc. Remember what you are
>tfw my fatceps are enough for normies
bro I've been lifting for less than a year and I'm in the middle of my first serious cut, my coworkers think I'm on roids lmao
I'm happy society's standards are so low
>Look completely DYEL by IST standard >Get called buff/"you obviously go to the gym" in social settings
Also the compliments when bulking lmao. Yes I am 20%+ bodyfat, but sure call me strong and big, thanks.

This is how I feel about most people on here who get upset and argue about rep ranges, exercises, and routines for 30+ minutes every day but abandon thread whenever >post body is said
It’s because that is nonsense. 8-12 is hypertrophy, 20-30 is super-hypertrophy, and 30-40 is mega-hypertrophy.
The only issue is that most people can’t go to failure past 20 reps. That’s why you need to start with a weight you can do for 12, and push that weight out to 40. If you can take a 5x12 out to 5x40, you are guaranteed to get mega-hypertrophy.
Very accurate, OP. So many times I've seen people who follow these programs only to get barely any strength or hypertrophy gains, while some c**t who just does whatever he feels like, even shit that supposedly "kills gains" always ends up being bigger and stronger than them. It's why I never listen to any moron who thinks you have to follow the exact, specific routine that they do, when it's clearly not even working for them in the first place..
This is why i don't tell people i workout
Not that they can tell anyways
how would she see that he's not strong?
Do you really think you can't tell just by looking at someone?
most of the time, no you can't
Cope, you can always tell. Even just from the way someone moves.
Yes you can. 99% of actually strong people look visibly strong/big.
>hurr this dyel guy at my gym deadlifts 200kg
Not actually strong
He's not raping her
>it's just weird you're not big muscled
I don't associate with ESLs.
b***h is eating pizza with a knife and fork, schizo activities
Nothing wrong with cutting your slice at a restaurant. But this b***h has the whole ass pizza
Idiots have never eaten extremely top quality woodfire pizza. You don't cut it with a pizza cutter they get the whole pie to cut themselves.
Buddy I've had wood fired pizza, it's supposed to comes cut, and my complaint is what got the cook named wood fired
Top quality wood oven fired pizza is never a """pie""", Amerishart.
>pie
I don't talk when I eat, i don't go on "dinner" ""dates"" (more like free handouts!), I don't talk about going to the gym to foids and most men

I get mires all the time. 5ft 9in 172lbs. Working out 2 years. You're doing something wrong if you're not getting mires.
well, duh
5’9 172?
homie you fat
Yeah well, you look like you’re in the later half of your 30s with no wedding ring, you eat pizzas with a fork and knife and you have sad breasts
>well yeah, you have abs, but that's just because you don't eat anything
That fricking b***h, I'm gonna choke her if she tells me this one more time
Friendly reminder that low rep sets might make you strong but won't help you outside the gym.
Are you moronic?
I have to take a shit btw, unrelated.
No wiper, I feel it.
