        If it doesn't fill you up you have healthy hormones and your body is attuned to how useless consuming it is. For instance, I am lean, but whenever I've eaten pasta in the past I can easily consume an entire package of at least a pound to myself and still be hungry. Which doesn't happen with meat.

      Satiation has little to do with calories, it's about getting complete nutrition. 500cals of steak will satiate like nothing else because pretty much other than maybe fish and eggs packs as much nutrition per calorie.

        Fish and eggs aren't much satiating though. At least for me. I could eat 6 large eggs and still be hungry af. Fish it depends on the type. But in my experience, meat is king to satiated feeling
