        If you work back more then you will taper down and the hips won’t look as big.

        You look like you’d benefit a lot from inverted rows, lumberjack rows with a landmine bar/just straight up rows and face pulls. Hope this helps happy lifting brotha

      > finish work 4pm
      > home 430
      > another banana before gym
      > gym 515 - 645ish (monday wed and friday pull days, tues and thurs push)
      > home 7-715
      > 150 grams eye fillet steak salted, 100 grams cooked green beans, 150 grams cooked broccoli
      > 2 scoops whey protein with 1 litre of water
      > melatonin before bed and usually asleep by 845-9

    Depression is real, but the cause is ignored. People are depressed cause their life sucks (shit job, shit society, shit friends, shit life). But because doctors can't magically fix your life for you, they act like it's untreatable.

    I was depressed because I have a disabling genetic disorder that causes chronic pain. Was told it could be treated with antidepressants and therapy but that did fuckall. You know what actually helped? Enough painkillers to start living my life like a normal person.

    I hope you fix all the shit causing your depression. There is a light on the other end, but it can be really hard to get there
