This is the sort of body that women like. They don't like roid physiques or 5% body fat. This looks good.

looks great, like one of the silver age pre-steroids body builders

as this is the physique women and normies like the most, hyper definition and vasculature scares them

      6'2 ~220lb
All time PRs for S/B/D are 460/330/550 but can't do any of those other than bench atm lol, was 15lbs heavier when I did the squat and dead

        Anonymous

You simply do not weigh 100kg - 15 kg more than me while looking like that and being shorter, its not possible bro.

Scale with timestap or stop bullshitting because i am tired of fricking anons adding 10kg to their weight just to not be labelled as gays, it throws everything off and makes it hard to help with any useful advice

          Anonymous

You're right, right now I don't weigh 100kg, that's why I put ~220 instead of 220. I fluctuate between 215 (what I weigh right now) and 225 (if i've been hitting the ice cream sandwiches too hard). If you find that unbelievable then feel free not to believe me.

Are you more of a body builder? I have better lifts than you (haven't maxed out fresh, I only max at the end of my work outs, 545/365/555) and feel like you are more aesthetic than me. I'm 5'7 195 lbs for reference, pic related me

my legs looked like that untrained so dont tell me this is the best you can do with your legs.
with upper body musculature not much to be done to be honest, pretty nice for a natty.

I can squat 3pl8 for about 10 reps, 210kg was my best ever squat. My legs struggle to grow unfortunately. Working on it tho

Either your form is shit, you're bullshitting or a manlet. What are your stats? Height, weight, ohp/bench/squat/diddly?

          Anonymous

here's me doing 418lb/190kg for 5 reps about a year ago, probably my best squat set ever. As you can see my legs aren't particularly big here either. I just keep building more and more disproportionate glutes lul

            Anonymous

I suppose that counts as a squat for powerlifting, but I prefer ass to grass myself. Do you train calves nowadays?

              Anonymous

I was training for a powerlifting comp at the time, so that makes sense.
And yes, I do. I fell into the trap of thinking calves were all genetics until recently.

Shaky form, looks like you're not fully engaging your legs here, just your glutes which is why you're bending over at the start of your ascent

I'd deload and work on thigh engagement. Your squat should be a pure vertical movement. Using your thighs to lift up and down and your butt for stability and the final lockout

It's hard for me to get a purely vertical movement (no forward lean) without having the bar uncomfortably low down on my back because I have long femurs. You are right that the form is a bit shaky though. I have gotten better since then.

Ahaha, you should've been fat like us, anon. You don't look bad, don't get me wrong, but the way you train isn't exactly great for bodybuilding/hypertrophy.

                Anonymous

Yeah, I was primarily focusing on strength training for a long while, and deadlifting is still my one true love, but I'm just really enjoying the hypertrophy work recently so I switched it up. hopefully I can maxx out my natty size

Hes not really focusing on a more balanced stance hes doing those gay narrow stance squats. That's why his back bows out his stance is far too narrow. If he did a strong position he'd easily add 50 pounds.

I had to get up to a 500 pound squat at 180 to get defined quads. Those are definitely powerful legs and not your birthing hips that you have you homosexual, notice the girth. Yes he can increase his definition on his legs, but its symmetrical to the rest of his body hes semi flexing his arms, if he flexed a quad there's be as much definition as his arm. The only thing you could maybe point out is his lower forearms and neck.

        >neck
you have confirmed a feeling I've had about my neck being a little too small. Doing more shrugs recently to combat this

You look good bro. Mind telling us your routine?

  33. 1 year ago
    Anonymous

OP I think you look fricking great. You're clearly genetically gifted with a frame wide enough to be able to weigh that much at that height (I'm the same but weigh around 15 kg less) and have put in the work to build a very harmonious, imposing physique around that frame. That's the hard part. Adding definition wouldn't add that much to it aesthetically imho but if you ever desired, I'm sure you could do so in a cinch

This was when gyms were still closed (in Milan where I live lel). I don't remember the exact routine also because at the time I was fricking around with different ines. Mostly calisthenics stuff (included planks and leg raises in almost every workout) and some ab routines including ones from this blessed huge Black person
