Noo def cut , not too steep but it's always good to get to a lean point and clean bulk from there. You have muscle and you will be skinny (otter mode) for a bit when cutting and especially cause when you cut you look flat and feel really skinny but you should get the fat off now so you can be leaner and see your base. Every aesthetic natty has had that "skinny ripped" phase where you cut down for abs and get to a low body weight and get called skinny by everyone you know and feel skinny, but you will for once in your life look good shirtless. Most male models your height are 160 lbs and yes they r skinny but you will be happy you cut when you start your next bulk. seriously like a 3 month cut would be great for you

Also worth noting since you're probably like me you've not been lifting for too long (I've been at it for 1 year and 2 months, was obese before), you'll probably still see gains during a cut because we're still in noob gains phase. Godspeed anon.

good arms, work the lats and chest to accentuate the V taper. honestly send it to 215 if you want, summer bulks are a lot of fricking fun. Eat some pizza, drink some beers, do as many pullups as possible 3xs a week.

Hijacking thread to ask whether I should cut or keep maintaining. I've been maintaining at 210 lbs (I'm 5'7) for 6 months and have gotten my bench up 50 pounds, and squat up 100 pounds. Trying to hit 405 (im at 365) on bench press before new years, but I've been feeling kind of gross lately.

Cut or maintain, lest you look like a fatty. You should always bulk and cut between 12 and 22 percent body fat, not this meme shit where you bulk to obesity. Bulking isn't even that helpful for beginners and is overrated.
