I'm underweight and fairly ignorant to anything fitness or exercise related.
My legs are nice looking albeit fairly weak, my arms and wrists are pathetically skinny but the biggest problem is how loose the skin is around my stomach.
I lost a lot of weight in a very short amount of time due to some health related shit so the elasticity is awful in that ONE area and I was wondering what I could do to tighten that shit up and bring my abs to the surface?
This isn't so much a time limit, but I'm starting a (pro) wrestling class in three weeks and I'm looking to stand out aesthetically, I'm not afraid of putting in work if I know there will be results, so however high the intensity, if you think you could get help me get my shit together in 20ish days you'll be my hero.

Yeah thats not enough time to make a significant difference to what you look like now, regardless of intensity your body can only recover and build muscle a certain amount. give it about 6 months maybe. Also why do you care about impressing strangers in a class
