I'm 195 all of those midget Black folk on this forum should unironically kill themselves claiming those unrealistic standards. It's too hard for us non midget bros

6'2.5" for real barefoot in the morning. Short torso with long legs and wide so I look big in my XLs at 195 pounds lean with abs showing. Biggest and most impressive at the gym by a long shot with a pump. Natty ofc. 2.5 years lifting seriously.

Bros... why does no one talk about this. It's all too true. I hate manlets and little compressed meatball bodies.

Also do you non-manlets get annoyed seeing manlets do heavy weights on squats and deadlifts? Their range of motion is like 3 inches. Meanwhile I have the move the weights like 2 feet. And they act like they are stronger.

You'll probably still feel dyel, I know I do, but around the 2 year mark I got random people noticing, even at a metal concert in an oversized shirt. Don't mean to make this a /cbt/, but I'm about 6'3" and 205ish for reference

I lost a bunch of pics when my old phone broke so here's the most accurate one. Even though I'm probably 14 in that pic, trust me when I say I looked basically the same throughout the entirety of highschool. Started working out in April 2020, set up a ghetto rack and bench in June in my backyard, got a pullup tower in September. Moved into the garage and got a real squat rack, bar & plates in June 2021. Since then I've been plugging away, had a real case of frickarounditis from 2020-2021 tho.

        Started somewhere around 145-155lb

I am 194 cm, 87 kg (lost 3 kilo during exam weeks, am mathgay and they take a toll on me). My obese parents and relatives who haven't exercised since high school PE class routinely call me lanky and weak, despite me hitting 1/2/3/4 for reps (my PRs this summer, have weakened a bit). I have very broad shoulders and a slim waist/hips so i look very skinny in t-shirts during the summer, since shirt sizes get wider as they get longer... this is my first year of lifting seriously, hope it gets better...
