          Not really, I do a lot of dynamic sports (football, tennis..) and plenty of high bar paused squats

          should have taken it slower, you packed too much fat

          My weight gain has been pretty steady, I think I peaked at 22-25% bodyfat, which is acceptable for a winter bulk in my opinion

          I dont do OHP or DL, as for bench I did my 5 rep max about 4 months ago (100kg for 5 reps paused for 0,5s). I do have paused high bar squats in my leg day (1s pause at the bottom) and I do 2x5 reps with 92kgs
