    Nothin wrong with it. 2 is probably fine also. Lift hard and work it into your macros. It’s not ideal or optimum but you can’t min/max life, live a little and have fun. That said drink socially. Don’t be a sad cunt buying a six pack and drinking alone that’s weak and pathetic only acceptable if you’re grilling or doing yard work.

      I enjoy a low calorie low carb Michelob ultra on the weekend. But never more than a bottle or two. People who crush 6-packs and are just getting their night started deserve what they get.

      drinking alone at home completely fucks your tolerance as well for when you do just want to have a good time. from the ages of 15-20 i could drink exactly 6 beers at a party, get a good buzz, confidence boost, not be too fucked up and not be hungover in the morning. then i spent 20-22 drinking 2-3 beers with dinner and crushing a 12 pack+ on the weekends. for one i got skinnyfat as fuck, but besides that after completely stopping weekday beers and limiting weekend ones to social occasions i can no longer get a buzz. i can drink 6 or 7 beers without feeling anything at all and on my 8th i’ll feel like puking and be very hungover in the morning. it really sucks because i actually do now have the self control to drink responsibly and healthily, it just sucks and there’s no point.
