    40-60 g a day in order to not slowly waste away. Different than what you need to build muscle.

    I don't understand how anyone can eat only 40g protein a day if you're eating properly. That's like the amount of protein in a single chicken breast. I'm pretty sure even the standard Amerifat eating a dogshit fast food diet can get twice that amount without trying.
