a miller lite is allegedly 96 calories, 3.2 grams of carbs, and less than 1 gram of protein per 12-ounce can.
so if you drink 2 cans is that only 200 calories - or does the alcohol make you fat on top of that

idk but these things make it impossible for me to cut
If i remember right, Alcohol consumption literally stops fat cell breakdown within the body
not if don't eat anything and also do cocaine the whole time
is that true or is it bro science
For me to lose weight last year I had to almost completely cut alcohol out of my diet. Currently getting back to it and getting back in the gym after a chaotic year. Avoid it if possible.
" In general, recent prospective studies show that light-to-moderate alcohol intake is not associated with adiposity gain while heavy drinking is more consistently related to weight gain. "

>fat people need to drink more to feel anything
woah
>how many calories are in a 200 calorie can of beer?
holy shit another stupid peice of shit retard making dipshit threads.
You're good as long as you don't over eat while drunk. Get a bunch of pickles, unbuttered popcorn, apples, jerky and frozen berries for drunk snacks.
>mfw not believing 6 beers fits my cico
Why are you drinking miller? Why aren't you drinking wine and liquor?
Bro if I have one of these I'm having 12 of them
Are you too retarded to contemplate that another 200 calories is 200 more calories?
Pluck hairs off a man one at a time and eventually he's bald.
2 beers alone isn't going to change someone's weight much. But make is 2,4,8 and then have some shitty cheese chips and wings and other garbage and then yeah it's fat time.
Alcohol is 7 calories per gram, but that is included in that 96-calorie calculation. Alcohol slows fat metabolism because it is prioritized due to it being a poison.
Thermic effect of alcohol means you don't get the full 7 kcal/g when it's metabolized. Therefore, sugary cocktails and drunk snacks are bigger issues than liquor and light beer if you want to cut calories.
