>A single slice of Cheesecake Factory Oreo Dream Factory Cheesecake is 91 weight watchers point
>The average 5'10" 200lbs male on a diet is allotted ~30 points a day on average
>literally 3 days worth of food in a single slice
how do they even manage to make something so fattening? Is it deliberate?

Weight watchers? What are you a 60 year old soccer mom?

1600 calories for everyone out there that isn't a mother nearing menopause

Yes I lost like 50lbs with weight watchers in the past and re-gained it during covid lockdown binge eating and inactivity. I know it's for old women but it worked for me once.

      lol ty

Cheesecake Factory is notorious for having the highest calorie-dense food out of all restaurants. Picrel is their Crispy Chicken Costoletta, it has 2,610 calories.

A regular slice of cheesecake is normally 300-500cal. Which is still a lot but nowhere near the ones CF sells.

      Fricking how
The slice isn’t even that big
Wtf do you Americans put in cheesecakes?

        ingredients:

24 oz (3 blocks) cream cheese
        1 cup granulated sugar
        2 TB all purpose flour
        ¾ cup sour cream
        2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
        1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
        16 Oreo cookies

Trust me, the slices of cheesecake from there are pretty fricking big

Thanks. 1600 is not "three days of food" lol. More than one sitting deserves, for sure, and granted this is after your dinner (x2), but "three days of food in a single slice" is just histrionics.

    >some bullshit point system
A 5'10" 200lb male has has a BMR around 1900 calories a day. Balanced macros for that would be 116g of protein, 253g of carbs and 54g of fat. A slice of oreo dream extreme cheesecake is 1620 calories, 17g of protein, 177g of carbs and 99g of fat. You could eat a slice of that cake a day and still lose weight.

Is this the first time you've ever heard of desserts?

what the FRICK do they put in that cake, is it 50% butter by weight or something?

I guess cream cheese and sugar are the main culprits. Maybe some hydrogenated sneed oil as well

ww points is approx calories / 50 so no that’s not 91 points and i doubt a slice of that is 1600 calories. I’d guess closer to 800 but still not worth it.

    >weight watchers point

Actually is this a good system to help skinny people bulk? Like say they have to eat 200 points a day or something

      Anonymous

      >200 points a day
      Anon that's like 10,000 calories...

WW points use loads of variables though so it's not as simple as just a simple as points to calories.

      Anonymous

It's a terrible diet for bulking because the premise of WW is to restrict calories. In that sense, it can work for normies who are too stupid or lazy to count their own calories.

It sickly sweet. Cheesecake gets its magic from straddling that savory sweet boundary. It is a desert well ahead of its time. And what Cheescake factory have done it is a crime rivaled only by those of the israelites. in fact, i would suggest that the israelites are responsible for this too.

I used to go there every once in a while when I was younger, and my go-to was the louisiana chicken pasta. 2000+ calories for sure, and I remember there would be a huge pool of pure oil at the bottom of the bowl. What a terrifying creation.

unless "the israelites" physically tie you down and force the food down your throat you have no excuse for being a lardass. Especially now since the cheesecake factory physically puts the calories on the menu.

Have fun burning out and gaining all the weight back. People who do shitty crash diets and trick themselves into believing that a 1500cal slice of cheesecake is three days of food are destined to give up and be a part of that "dieting doesn't work" statistic. Just eat regular and exercise and weight watchers is for females who can't count calories.
