I have the same problem. I have scoliosis. It doesn’t cause any issues that I’ve noticed, but you should still be checked

Start using your computer mouse/trackpad and phone with your left hand.
      >but but
      Enjoy being an asymmetrycel

I do sit behind my pc alot, I considered buying a standing desk instead. Using my mouse with my left hand doesnt seem like an option tho lol. I can start using my phone with the left though, thats a good option

it's easier than you think, not liek trying to write or anything
you will probably have more trouble trying to left hand your phone

Go to a doctor and get your spine checked. This looks like scoliosis

probably weak core, particularly obliques. Do planks and deadbugs. Also try tying a resistance band to something sturdy. Hold the handles straight out in front of you keeping your back straight and walk sideways. This one really helps with stability and posture.

My back/spine seems straight tbh? I think its just my shoulders that are fricked. Probably because I sleep on the same side every night

That’s how my back is too. You most likely have scoliosis. Get it checked out. It shouldn’t stop you from lifting, but it still should be checked out

doesn't look like a thing muscle can fix
doesn't look like a thing people would give a shit about except you
    care less

      >care less
I did for a year, I ignored it and now its just worse. Doesnt seem like good advice. Since every upper body exercise will be trained imbalanced so my muscles will be too.

But thanks for the help anons. Sorry for my personal blog.

Do as the other anons are saying, see a doctor or physio or specialist if it's a scoliosis issue and you say it's getting worse over time

People gave me a lot of shit in highschool over my scoliosis, said I have a funny walk and that I’m moronic.

See a chiropractor, it’s common for things to be misaligned from trauma, use, birth etc. I’ve been seeing one for decades for maintenance when I feel my back getting wound too tight, saved me from surgery, used to have a 7mm bulge in one of my discs, and it was taken care of without invasive procedures or physical force. Can’t recommend a good chiro enough.

    Dead hang.
Also it's barely noticeable, everyone is asymmetric and you're nowhere near Quasimodo level, if you didn't tell us we wouldn't even notice.

Ill start doing deadhangs once or twice a day. Its crazy to me how people say its barely noticeable. To me the differences are insane. Not just my shoulders, but my chest, arms and abs are also a-symmetric due to it. To me it feels like I look like an abomination

        you gotta stengthen your abs.

deadhangs, hindu push ups and dips. All you need for bilateral shoulder/back exercises.

I got the same problem OP.
I’m doing some of the exercises from this video: https://youtu.be/fWrVRQwcxXg

I first noticed how uneven my traps were where they connected to my neck, so by stretching out that area I saw an immediate effect over a couple of days. But both you and I should probably get it checked sometime. I just need to lose some more bodyfat first kek.

I have the exact same thing. It's either scoliosis or it's an asymmetrical stance basically.
The later is kind of a meme (I think. I've only see it being discussed on youtube, i could be wrong) but it makes sense, especially when you compare to real cases of scoliosis.

Its not scoliosis, dont listen to these morons. i have the same thing going, one shoulder higher than the other. i first noticed when i couldn't get the straps right on my bag - looked in the mirror and no, im just crooked.

I believe its habitual and can be fixed with proper upper body regime and using a desk less often. my spine is fine and yours is too
