You could try losing weight. You're still pretty fat. If you're 12% bf with boobs that's gyno. At 18% it could just be unfortunate fat deposits

I have a mammogram and ultrasound scheduled next month. I do have a palpable mass, tender and sensitive nips.

I keep telling my wife that I’m fat and need to lose weight but she keeps saying I’m not. This is the heaviest I’ve ever been and have been able to maintain it but I never purposely tried loosing weight.

you're fat. 99% of people here who say they have gyno are just fat. lose weight and if you still have boobs then we can talk.

yeah your significant other will always say youre fine. she thinks you're fat too but doesnt want to hurt your feelings.

also straight to surgery? theyre not putting you on T and then estrogen blockers like anastrazole or tamoxifem?

Your wife is a feeder and she's intentionally making you fat for her gratification.

Now that you mention it my wife does pack my lunchbox to the brim with snacks like seeds, rice cakes, beef jerky, fruits and vegetables. She started putting unusable and go gurt in my box. Her diet isn’t as strict and does say that I should treat myself to eating out at least on the weekends.

Hope the temp gains were worth it I guess.

What do you want us to tell you? Just another story showing roiding aint worth it.

I don’t think my wife would lie to me like that.
The provider said the treatment plan they were probably going to go into first would be surgery. She made it seem like it was the only treatment option

that the 'gyno' you're getting surgery for? Just do nothing. Replace your plans with no plans. Pretend you had DD breasts before and this is the after-result, so you can be happy with it.

…You’re getting surgery for this? Just work a chest day or two into your routine, go regularly, cut fat. You’re literally and thoroughly fine, you don’t look good but it’s gym and diet shit, no need for scars.

That’s weird that they would go straight to surgery and not even try pharmaceutical treatment. Generally speaking in healthcare we go least invasive to most invasive. Maybe your doc is israeli and wants your money.

nta but there is no other treatment but surgery for gyno. Putting a man on TRT would only worsen the gyno due to increased aromatization. Aromatase inhibitors work only in preventing gyno, they can't fix pre-existing gyno. Surgery is literally the only fix.

Aromatase inhibitors and estrogen modulators are used for gyno all the time. This dudes hormone levels are fricked and surgery isn’t going to fix the root problem.

That is true least evasive first but I am covered by government insurance and the providers I see are employed by the government. So none of the money goes to the provider and the insurance chooses who will do the surgery so it’s not like I’m even helping out the providers friend or family business.

Gyno is the worst. I am also still fat but on my way to a good bf percentage, but I know I will have to get surgery. Especially the nipples look disgusting.

I plan on getting one in August/September as well. Is testing Test levels mandatory for the surgery?

My provider did HCG levels, Thyroid function and Drug Panel on top of the test levels. Idk what is mandatory for your insurance to cover it. For mine I needed a lot of labs where for others they just need their doctors referral to surgery.

Your T is low, go to an edno, they should prescribe you trt.

Only if they also prescribe estrogen blockers otherwise it’ll be way worse but an endocrinologist should know that
